The Digital Intelligence Officer™ (DIO) is a person deemed competent in the use of digital media to apply Force within their jurisdiction of control.
This is an online course that allows the student to acquire a professional designation in the field of digital forensics and information technology. In order to be certified, the applicant must earn a passing grade of 51% or greater. Upon earning a passing grade, student credentials will be timestamped by the bitcoin network and used to generate a certificate unique to their person. This certificate can then be used as a means of identification wherever the bitcoin blockchain is accessible.
Anyone may enroll in this course: any gender or nationality. It is not exclusive to any person. The only requirement is an intelligence quotient determined by the examination process. Every student must meet this quota in order to be designated.
There are no refunds on the application fee for enrolling in this course. Therefore, prospective students are advised to take heed that the material is appropriately suited for their vocation (caveat emptor).

At the conclusion of this course, you will be able to use the bitcoin protocol to script application natively into the blockchain where they can be interpreted by any network node. In this course, you will learn how to use network codes native to bitcoin (OPCODE).
